Bacci Noemio Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (750ml) – Moraiolo (60%), Frantoio (20%) & Leccino (20%)

100% Cold-pressed, certified ICEA Organic olive oil.

On the nose, it presents itself with notes of fresh olive and almond with hints reminiscent of balsamic herbs and apple. On the palate, it has a pleasant and herbaceous initial flavour with balsamic notes, balanced in bitter and spicy notes with olive flavour and vegetable tones reminiscent of sweet artichoke, and closes harmoniously with floral and almond notes.

Pairing: recommended trying it with boiled or stewed meats. Given its versatility, due to a limited intensity of bitter and spicy notes, it is suitable for all grilled and boiled vegetables, legume soups, and especially spelt soups, chickling peas, lentils and pea soups. It stands out on all boiled or sautéed vegetables and still adapts to all vegetables and side dishes, boiled and grilled fish, or cold fish appetizers. If you love to perceive all its fruitiness, try it on vegetable soups or discordantly on fresh salads.

Moraiolo variety:

ElOlivo Review:

Bacci Noemio Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a piece of Italy. A beautiful ‘all-rounder’ oil. Just open a bottle and you will feel its amazing aromas such as olive leaf and apple with notes of basil. On the palate, it shows its beautiful character with distinguished notes of lettuce, artichoke, chicory and apple. It is spicy and bitter for sure but in perfect balance. In every way, this oil has a sense of fullness and completeness, as if it embodies the taste of harmony itself. I think we have our new favourite in the kitchen. Roasted Portobello mushrooms and feta cheese with fresh homemade Hummus, this oil will be the perfect company for it. Feel free to use it for frying, cooking, baking or dressing. A beautiful gift from the Bacci Family. Enjoy!
