Gazpacha Olives are carefully elaborated following the traditional recipes of the Segura, Cazorla y Las Villas Natural Park, in the North East of Jaen – Andalucía.
Gazpacha: whole green olives with garlic(Garlic), carrots, gherkins, vinegar and spices.

One of our favourite, you always have a choice of what to pick; an olive with a gherkin or a carrot with garlic clove and so on, it is always fun. Different spices and the garlic give a special taste to the Gazpatcha. We recommend eating it on its own or with some soft cheeses and creepers.
