This lovely aged wine vinegar is handy for sprucing up salads or adding flavor to bread and cheese. It's also quite useful for pickling veggies or making relish. We've even used it to whip up a simple pineapple relish - it's got a nice, subtle sweetness with a hint of raisin flavor. Give it a try and see what you think!
