Shipping Coverage

We ship to the Island of Ireland (Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland) as well as all European Union countries, including:

Shipping to Ireland and Northern Ireland

  • Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within 3–5 working days.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Orders up to €30 – Shipping cost: €7.90 within Ireland.
    • Orders €30 and over – Free shipping.
  • Delivery Services: Standard shipping orders are dispatched via UPS or An Post.
    • An Post is our preferred courier for most standard and oversized parcels.

Shipping to Other EU Countries

  • Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within 5–10 working days.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Orders up to €90 – Shipping cost: €14.90 within the EU.
    • Orders €90 and over – Free shipping.
  • Delivery Services: Standard shipping orders are dispatched via UPS.
    • UPS is our preferred courier for most standard and oversized parcels within the EU.

Christmas Deliveries

During the Christmas period, courier companies experience high demand. We strongly recommend placing your order in advance to avoid delays.

While we will do our best to dispatch your order promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery within three days during peak times. To ensure timely delivery, please place your order at least one week in advance.

Force Majeure Event

ElOlivo Ireland cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to adverse weather conditions, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. However, we will make every effort to resolve any issues. If you have concerns about your delivery, please contact us.

Tin Can Shipping Notice

Our tin can packaging is fragile. While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, minor dents or dings may occur during transit. This does not affect the quality of the oil. However, if you have any concerns about your product, please contact us via email or phone.
