This special Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. features an intense black color that is at the same time clear and bright. It offers a balanced and harmonious taste, intense and structurally complex, accompanied by very important tannic notes.
It is a product of the highest quality, prestigious and ideal for special occasions.
The Aged Gold Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is available in an elegant 250 ml bottle with a pouring cap, and you can choose between the version with or without a box.
In the kitchen: This Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is recommended to accompany aged cheeses and fresh appetizers, and can be used in the preparation of desserts.
