ElOlivo review:
A limited-edition ECO oil from La Maja. We love it, this 100% Arbequina extra virgin olive oil is fruity and sweet with notes of nuts. It works perfectly with raw vegetables, seafood and fish. We use this oil for making tomato sauce and we love the result. We tried it for sautéing chicken and duck for stir-fries with lots of vegetables. First, try putting some oil in a frying pan to heat it up and then drop chopped ginger and garlic, followed by the vegetables and the sautéed chicken. You will love it as we did.
