Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, obtained exclusively from early-harvest Arbequina olives.

Cold-pressed within twelve hours of harvest, this oil is produced with very low fat yields, allowing for an exceptional intensity of aroma.

The result is a dense, full-bodied oil with a yellowish-green hue. Its clean, vibrant aroma surprises with its freshness, reminiscent of green fruits. Subtle notes of tomato, tomato plant, grass, artichoke, and apple are complemented by hints of banana and wild fruits. Its flavor is delicately almond-bitter with a slight spiciness, finishing smoothly with a touch of sweetness.

Arbequina variety:

Arbequina, a traditional Spanish olive variety, ranks as the second most popular variety in Spain in terms of crop area. The olive oil derived from Arbequina boasts aromatic, sweet, and fruity notes, accompanied by a subtle bitterness. Common aromas associated with this variety include green grass, tomato, apple, banana, and ripe fruit. Generally, oils produced from Arbequina olives exhibit low oxidation resistance. To address this, producers frequently blend Arbequina olive oil with other varieties to enhance overall stability in terms of aroma, body, and resistance to oxidation.
