Sensory profile:

To the eyes, the oil has a beautiful intense golden yellow colour with delicate clear green shades. To the nose it is precise and embracing, it is endowed with notes of tomato, celery and black pepper, to which is added a broad vegetable sensation of artichokes, lettuce and chicory. In the mouth, it is elegant, with herbal tones, mint, basil and sage. Balanced bitter and spicy. Perfect accompaniment for antipasto, salad of chickpeas, marinade of yellowtail fish, potatoes in Al-foil, barley sauces, cous cous of vegetables, a casserole of crustaceans, molluscs au gratin, baked poultry or lamb, goat’s cheese.

Moraiolo variety:

Moraiolo is an Italian variety and originates from the Tuscany region. It is well known it’s quality of oil it produces. The Moraiolo Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a distinctively fruity oil with high intensity of bitter- and spiciness. Olive Oil made from the Moraiolo variety has pleasant aromas of fresh grass, green almond and artichoke.

Itrana variety:

The Itrana olive, native to Lazio, Italy, is primarily utilized as a table olive due to its easily removable flesh. Its oil boasts notable fruity notes with a moderate level of bitterness and spiciness. Itrana Extra Virgin Olive Oil is distinguished by its remarkable aroma, reminiscent of freshly cut grass, artichoke, tomato, and green almond.

Leccino variety:

Leccino is one of the rustic Italian varieties, mainly cultivated through Umbria and Tuscany. Nowadays it is expanding to the regions of Lazio, Puglia, Abruzzo, Campania and Marche. You can find Leccino olive trees all around the World, thanks to their good adaptability and high productivity. It is a well-appreciated olive due to its delicate flavour.  The oil made from Leccino olives is sweet with balanced spicy and bitterness. Typical aromas: escarole, artichoke, almond and black pepper.

Deserves all the stars, even more

This olive oil is so good that I regret my decision of purchasing this unbelievable olive oil. I don't know how am I ever going to be able to taste another olive oil without comparing to this.

It makes all salad and starter taste much delicious.

Very pungent as well, if you don't like the bitter sensation at the back of your tongue, try a different one.
