ElOlivo Review:

The Quattrociocchi of 2023 is equally impressive to the harvest of 2022. It presents delightful fragrances of tomato, celery, chicory, and black pepper. This year, we also detected pleasant hints of green herbs. On the palate, it delivers a robust blend of tomato, vegetables, and green herbs, concluding with the familiar touch of black pepper, just like last year. The oil achieves a harmonious balance of medium bitterness and spiciness, exemplifying a timeless Italian masterpiece. It stands out as one of our finest options in terms of overall quality. We created a remarkable tomato sauce using this oil, which possesses a rustic and consistent character. Whether used raw for salads, cooking, or even frying, the possibilities are endless—it's all up to you. Enjoy!
